Food is reasonably priced flavorful. You can tell the person who cooked it put love in it and had experience cooking down home soulfood. Greens baked chicken meatloaf were very good. I cant eat friend foods but if the other stuff is as good as that all I can say is wondermuss. Best Soulfood in Gary. They run out of food they are so awesome. Get there early.

Have your cash ready as they do not accept cards at this moment. There is also NOT an online menu (the menu changes daily). Prices are very reasonable for the portions you get! I ordered dressing with turkey, a side of Mac and cheese and yams! Meals come with cornbread muffin. When I tell you this food was delicious, that doesn't explain it! This is definitely a "hole in the wall" resturant with great food! Don't be fooled by how it looks on the outside or inside. Definitely worth the price!

I have eaten here twice and both time I was pleased with my food. Every time I came it was always crowded line was like outside the door. The workers were very pleasant and patient both times. Today is March 31 2024 and I can’t wait to go get a plate that’s if they open. I will highly recommend this please.

The food is always fresh and very tasty. Short wait. No long line. I wish it was dine in instead of carry out. Or at least a few tables outside. Also, a signature drink would be nice too. But, I love this place. The food is awesome.

Not too many people can make dressing. Their dressing is off the chain. The food is very good. I give them 100%.
